30-Day Return Policy
Our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@veken.co.uk. Returns must be sent to the address provided to you when you make your request.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
This will allow us to evaluate the issue and find a quick solution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Custom or made-to-order products

Personal care items (such as cosmetics)
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-Day Withdrawal Period (European Union)
Notwithstanding the above, if the order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved or not.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically within 10 business days via your original payment method.
Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
